In my professional life I have had to make funeral arrangements for numerous clients and attend the viewing. In my personal life I have made funeral arrangements for 4 family members. I have never experienced the quality of care and service that was provided by the Smith Funeral Home. Since the death occurred in the early morning hours in my home I had to contact Dan several times. Each time he responded graciously and made a final call at 2 AM to be certain everything was completed. His assistance with arrangements was thoughtful. From then on my interactions were with Gloria who was outstandingly gracious, always available, follow up on details, and could not possible have been more helpful. Since the burial was in another state I had to deal with another Home whose assistance left much to be desired. Upon returning to Brooklyn Gloria's careful attention to all of the follow up details was most comforting and supportive. I also need to remark that she was responsible for the care of
