Review content:
I feel that the quality of the products have gone down hill. I think before trying to keep growing they should perfect what they have. I think that Costco's has better quality bakery products and cakes than Diana's bakery.I purchased a birthday cake that was partially frozen still, and their was too much filling it slid all over the box on my way home. Disaster. Not to mention the older red haired women was extremely rude. I was asking about some of their pastries and she told the other worker to deal b/c "my type of people are frustrating."I am black, I felt discriminated against and appolled. i will never go back to that racist bakery again, nor will I ever recommend it again. I know from my employer, ESPN, that thyey too became frustrated and no longer use their services b/c they are rude and always screw things up. How is that successful?
