I moved into this complex, with much hesitation, about six months ago. Fortunately it wasn't as bad as what I was expecting after reading reviews online. I haven't experienced any stereos thumping or felt unsafe and I go out at all times. The apartment (I live in 2br/2ba) and for the price it is well worth it. For under $690 I have a washer and dryer, two large batrooms, walk-in closet in master bedroom, and tons of storage space.\r

Now the negative things are that you hear water through the pipes, there are quite a few kids who are loud at times, the maintenance never seems to respond to requests, and the office staff serves no real purpose from what I've encountered. As for the descriptions, they are misleading. My unit has no ceiling fans at all, the hot water heater, stove, and refrigerator are all quite old. All of these add turn the monthly electricity costs.\r

Overall though, its not that bad of a place. Don't expect perfection and plan to be self sufficient with minor
