My wife and I have traveled from New Mexico 7 times in the last 14 months and have made the Indigo Hotel / Houston our home away from home. Usually our stays were 3-4 days, and our total expierence could not have been better. We found the rooms very clean, the hotel staff friendly and helpful. I will not go into detail here regarding nightly rates, but if you are creative in your approach, and research their website you just might find an amazing rate. hint hint.. We were able to (6 times). In fact upon check-in my spouse was savvy enough to ask if an "upgrade" might be available from our reserved king / standard reservation. We have been upgraded to "suites" every time except for once !! I'm talking a huge suite, 2 televisions, tons of room. We could not be happier with the Indigo / Hidalgo and their great staff. There is a bar area downstairs that serves breakfast but don't expect 4 star quality there. The coffee is Starbucks so stick with something simple. We did have room
