Review content:
I called Alamo Glass on Friday morning asking a quote for an oval glass table top, size 75 by 48 inches. The employee I was transferred to (unfortunately I did not ask him his name) gave me a quote of 540.71 $ including taxes, for a 3/8 thickness, with standard flat polish edges. For the same size and thickness but with beveled edges it would be 767.01 He also argued that the shape, an oval, was a standard one, since the machine had one standard oval cut. If I wanted a custom cut, I had to provide the template and of course spend more. \r
The delivery was 125 $.\r
I then asked for a quote on a 1/2 inch thickness, at which point he said he would fax me all the quotes including the new one for 1/2 inch, plus a picture of the oval shape and the selected edge. \r

Not receiving anything, neither a fax nor a call with the second quote, I called again today, Monday. I was transferred to a different guy. I asked him again for the quote of a standard oval glass table top 75 by 48 inches for 3/
