Larry Rubatino and his staff amaze me. I am a handicapped, retired widower on a fixed income living on N. Oaks. I had a large toter and the office staff advised me to try a smaller one to save a few dollars. I had a few large trash bags I couldn't carry and (Judy) his staff member, told me to leave them by my front porch since I live by the alley. I expected an extra charge...but there was none when the bill came. In the subsequent weeks I would call the day before pick up and advise either Larry, Judy, or another staff member that I had to leave another large bag. None of them humiliated me, were polite and always happily willing to be of service. I am a war veteran and have been in public service all my life and people of this caliber...just makes it all worth while.
