OK here's my background and experience with Bitterling's auto repair in Tacoma, Washington.\r
We purchased our car from Gene Pankey Motors Just a short ways from Bitterling's. ( Craig Wilson is a great salesperson, tell him Roy sent you..) They give us a break on the price of parts when we have our car repaired because we are Gene Pankeys customers.\r

We did not take advantage of the deal when we first had our car and literally got ripped off for thousands of dollars from shops other than Bitterling's.\r

So we finally got fed up with that kind of treatment and decided to try Bitterling's.\r
\r
We have been happy with the service from them - they are not perfect but they do their best to get you back on the road asap and most of all they are honest.\r

Their work is done with them backing up the results. The times when it was not done right, and it was their fault or a bad part, they redid it at no charge.\r

I'm not a perfect person and I don't hold honest mistakes against people.\r
