Receptionist was so nice right until I questioned a bill. She said that a service was not covered on my plan. I called my insurance and they said this was incorrect! I tried to tell the receptionist, she said no, the insurance doesn't know and I have to pay. She walked away before I could even say one more thing. I then asked to talk to Dr. Bowers, he came up and told me," It's simple! Pay the Bill!" and then he walked away. I couldn't believe that! I will never go back there again!
