Review content:
We used Bristol Coach & Limousine for our wedding. I would not recommend them. First, when I exited the car at the church members of my bridal party noticed that there were 3 small black spots which looked like grease on my dress. Unfortunately I was not told about them until after arriving at my reception at which time it was too late to tell the driver. When I called the company, they immediately got defensive insisting that there is no grease on their cars, as if I was making this up or accusing them of something. I really just wanted an apology. Also, instead of determining the quickest route to the reception,or checking with me for directions, they chose in stead to use the GPS which took the longest route. We were the last to arrive for the photos. \r

The fact that I would not recommend has all to do with the way they became immediately defensive and spoke to me as if I was making this all up to get somethng out of them.
