I've been going to this vet for several years. Both Dr. Sinclair and Dr. Feiler are great at what they do and my animals genuinely like them and feel comfortable. I have no complaints about the physical care received. They offer both traditional and holistic care. That's the good stuff.\r \r I limit my rating to 3 stars due to what I perceive as rather lax office practices. This could be due to not having enough computer terminals available for their staff or the absence of office procedures to streamline repeated tasks. Some examples include: exceedingly long waits even when early for an appointment, lack of follow-up after surgery (this only happened once to me but it bothered me since I had no instructions to take home), and an always predictable surprise when I get my bill. It has been my experience that even when I ask for a verbal estimate it is not even close on checkout.\r \r So, as I seem to continue to go this office because I like the care provided, I tend to schedule appts in t
