Tru Green is a joke. We made an appt for aeration 4 weeks back and canceled it next day. They immediately charged my credit card on the day of scheduling and didn't credit my card when I canceled it. I called them 4 times already and still haven't gotten any credit. Every time I call I speak with a different person and they tell me that somebody from billing dept will contact me but never heard anything back. I am sick of this company playing immoral tactics on customers. When you hear Tru Green, run the opposite directioin as fast as you can.
