My dog chewed the cord off of my Hoover steam cleaner. I found a business in Fenton that said they would do it for $45. I found out about Ballwin Vacuum center and decided to call since they were right around the corner from my house. They told me that they also would be able to replace the cord for $45. The choice seemed obvious. Over two weeks later, they finally called and said the cord was ready and that my new total was $66!!! When I picked the machine up I told the guy that I wish they would have called me as I didnt want to pay that much money, and I already had a company that said they would do it for $45. The person responded with "well, I guess you know where to take it next time". Horrible customer service, horrible turn around time, horrible pricing and workers who do not care about their profession or their customers. I wont recommend them to anyone, ever.
