Words cannot desribe how thankful I am to be able to tell my story. It began by me calling ahead on a Saturday to go pick up food. One of the desk clerks knew I would be cutting it close to make their 3:00 closing time. I was there at 3:00 on the dot. Not only would the staff not unlock the door for me when they saw me standing in the rain trying to pick up the food, they also conveniently erased the 2 messages I left before the vets got to hear them. Did I mention this was to be my FREE bag of food you get after purchasing 10 bags worth? Could they not just have set it out on the porch for me? I guess that would have been asking too much. But wait - it gets MUCH better......About a year ago we found a lump/mass in my female dog's lower abdomen. It was in her mammary gland and we were told to "wait and see"....I saw the doctors there many many more times after that (check ups, vaccinations) and they just checked it again and because it "hadn't changed in size" told me it was
