Review content:
We have taken our dog there a few times over the years, and found the service to be mediocre at best. But, we recently went in to have him kenneled there ... and they refused to do so, saying that we have never been there (in other words, they had lost our dog's medical records). We then had another kennel call with our dog's shot records from Montgomery Animal Hospital from a couple of years ago ... still to no avail. They didn't believe us!\r

Ultimately, Dr. Jaffe himself along with his staff accused me (in front of my young children) of lying about having taken our pet there before. Told me to go home and find my copy of the medical records before they could give me a spot there!!! As though I would create an elaborate tale, just to obtain a spot at their kennel. \r

Can't speak to the medical service to animals, but their treatment of humans leaves a lot to be desired.
