I am about to provide very factual information and allow everyone to draw their own conclusions. I relied on this site and these reviews in choosing a boarding facility for my cat, as I am new to the area. My sister, who has lived around the corner from this vet for many years, said she was surprised to hear I read such glowing reviews because she had heard very mixed reviews. But when I called, the facility was willing to take my cat even though I was new to the area. Because my cat has severe urinary issues, he requires prescription only cat food -- $. The boarding price seemed reasonable and everyone I met seemed quite nice.\r \r At the front desk was a sign reminding customers that it is dental care awareness month. Pointing to the sign, I asked the african american woman if perhaps I should have my cat's teeth looked at while he was boarding because if his teeth needed to be cleaned, he'd have to be in for awhile and sedated etc. so might as well do while boarding. She said -
