Review content:
I am required to choose at least one star, which means Unsatisfactory rating. My order for an "In Sympathy" fresh flower bouquet for the death of a family member who was an elderly GENTLEMAN was sent to this florist through FTD. Upon arriving at the Memorial Service the day it was delivered, my husband and I were shocked and embarrased to see an arrangement on the table to the side of the altar that looked very skimpy and had a PINK bow. Instead of an artistically arranged nice variety of flowers of different heights and price range, there were only snapdragons and gerber daisies with fern and a small filler flower. It would be best described as a $15 bunch from Stop and Shop. The vase was glass and very cheap - similar to a $2 vase at Job Lot. We complained to the florist that put the order through Bruce's. He only offered a small amount of money back. On a second complaint, a little more. He commented that people wouldn't notice the vase because it would be hidden by other arrangement
