We bought a house offered by this company and found Vivian Kane, the owner, and her staff to be knowledgeable, efficient, and very easy to work with. I would recommend her to either a buyer or a seller. They go the extra mile, Prior to purchasing I was debating whether to sell another house and had Vivian do a walk through. She had so many helpful suggestions that would make it more attractive - simple things I had never thought of. Even though she knew I would probably decide not to sell it she was still generous with her time and advise.
