I suffered a hard drive crash and was having trouble finding someone to recover some critical data. I found Secure Data Services and decided to employ their services. I would like to say that they did a wonderful job recovering my data, but the truth is I don't know if they did or not. Although the representative promised a 5 to 10 day turnaround, my hard drive has been out for almost a month. My case representative, "Eric", was terrible at communicating with me and repeatedly ignored my requests for a tracking number so I would know when my data would be returned to me. It turns out that is because he never sent it. Payment cleared on 12/4, and when it still hadn't been shipped to me on 12/6 I called Eric, who promised it would go out that day. On 12/11 I finally spoke with the supervisor to find out where my data was at. He also promised it would be sent overnight, but at this point I am doubtful.
