If I could rate 0 stars, I most definitely would.\r \r My experience has been extremely forgettable. It has been filled with half-truths and unfulfilled promises from my Account Rep, Chris. And in fact, this odyssey that began on Feb 24th is still going on. \r \r 1) You advertise an 'office' in Atlanta. This is incorrect. You are located in Ohio. I found this out rather unceremoniously when I walked into the office building address provided on your site and a very brash secretary informed my that my drive was being shipped to Ohio when I asked to speak with someone. I then left with my drive and called Chris complaining that I needed a company to start working on my drive immediately. He said if I shipped the drive that Friday, they would get it and start working on it Saturday. So not only did I turn around, go back to the office and ship the drive, I also agreed to pay the $395 cost for expedited services, yet did not receive ANY data for over a week and a half.\r \r 2) I was gi
