Review content:
I made the initial deposit and gave the go-ahead to try to recover my camera's photos. After the initial exam of my memory card, Scott Wells, a Secure Data Recovery Services representative, assured me that it could be fixed and success was promising, so I again gave the go-ahead for them to proceed (they said they needed to make a new hardware component for the memory card).\r

Weeks passed with no word, so I had to call and finally hear that recovery was dubious. I said I did not want them to proceed if they would potentially damage my memory card further and Scott assured me that my memory card would not be compromised in any way, should I decide to find another company. After the third failed attempt to recover photos, I got my memory card back COMPLETELY DESTROYED, taped together, shards of plastic sticking out, and utterly impossible of being fixed. Beware of this company trying to make a buck with no regard for your well-being! Scott was rude throughout my entire experience
