I brought my Volvo to Uptown Imports for a second opinion on a bad diagnosis from another shop. Matt was very upfront about the probability of finding the same thing. He was careful to take his time with me and my experience with the car, rather than working off the previous diagnosis only.\r
At the end of the day, he confirmed that I had an incredibly expensive repair ahead of me and helped me talk through a difficult decision. I ended up getting rid of that particular Volvo... but I bought another one. And when this Volvo needs service, there is only one shop in the city that I'll take it to. Thank, guys!
