Brought my BWM X5 in to have $2,000 worth of work done. \r \r Pros: \r 1. They only charged half of what the BMW dealership quoted me.\r 2. Really nice folks work there.\r \r Cons:\r 1. They told me a BMW Certified mechanic would work on my X5 and it was mentioned when I called them for a quote. Then it was mentioned again the morning I dropped it off. The BMW certified guy started the job and it was handed over to another guy that was not certified by BMW.\r 2. They told me it would take 2 days. It took 4 days. To their credit they were nice enough to pay for the rental car for the extra two days.\r 3. My brand new tan rubber floor mats were very greasy when they finished.\r \r Bottom line: they saved me $2,000 dollars, but I would have been really impressed if it had really taken two days, and had actually been completed (beginning to end) by a certified BMW mechanic as I was promised. \r \r Final detail: their warranty on this site says 18 months or 18,000 miles. The invoice says 12 months
