Businiess name:  Hartshorn TV And Appliance
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
We went to Hartshorn's and were very interested about an appliance, however, the sales woman couldn't approve the price without approval from the manager- fair enough. The manager was otherwise occupied and after waiting for 10-15 minutes we needed to leave so we left our home and cell number with the sales woman. She even asked us if we lived near by which we assured her we did and could come back quickly.\r So we wait for the phone call... which never came. Instead WE have to call them back. Only to find they sold the appliance without even bothering to call us back. Not only that, they expected us to believe their claim that the reason why they sold it was because the buyer offered $60.00 over the asking price. When was the last time you heard of anyone walking into a store and offering to pay MORE than the asking price. We feel is rude, disrespectful and dishonest business practices. I wouldn't trust any business who can so easily disregard it's customers.
