Review content:
The dentists I've seen here seem to be very good but they are at the mercy of the office manager. It took a week, but I finally got an emergency appt. Not sure if it was my call to CareCredit to contest the charges or me calling the office in tears, begging for an appt. As always, the dentist was wonderful and explained everything. They did a soft reline of the top and bottom, which has made them wearable but it hasn't solved the digging into my gum problem that has me on antibiotics. All the relines in the world are not going to solve the poor construction. They have maybe 2 more weeks and I will be filing a formal complaint with CareCredit to contest the charges. Maybe if the money gets yanked back away, they will pay attention. Although I know there are millions of people out there wearing dentures, at this point I can't picture myself ever eating in public ever again.
