We moved from NC to and the day they came to pack us out they first showed up 1 1/2 hours late. The crew talked loudly about the night before at what they had done at their hotel. I never allowed anyone to smoke in my home yet a crew member lit up in my home without even asking. They took 12 hrs to load 9000 lbs worth of things it felt like forever 90 percent of the things were already packed so 12 hrs was way to long. Most of our extra care boxes that were clearly marked were damaged. We filed a claim sent in pictures then after 2 weeks inquired about its status only to find out by the questions asked they had not started it. Would not recommend them to anyone!!
