My experience with Alamo Garage was the worst I have ever encountered in my 30 yrs of being an auto owner. I originally took my car to them and asked them to check plugs, as I thought I needed a tune up. My car had been fluttering at a stop. They told me ?plugs looked fine? and ?there?s nothing wrong with your car?, and sold me some fuel cleaner. So I went about my business. The fluttering got worse and I called to see if they would look at it again, and was told to bring it by the next day. They gave me the brush off, never offered to take it for a drive while I was there, never offered to look under the hood or even listen to the engine. The problem persisted and in fact got worse. I placed several calls to them, they never answered the calls, and would not return a message I left for them. I located another mechanic and told him EXACTLY what I had told Will at Alamo. This guy had it figured out before he even drove or tested my car. It was fixed the same day. My car has no
