Review content:
Friar's Home Improvement of Parma, OH is not a good choice. We contracted for some interior work, siding repair, rebuilt front steps, and a new driveway. It took them over 5 months to complete half the work contracted. They never return phone calls, they don't bother to try and keep in contact to keep the customer up to date as to what is going on, their response to a BBB complaint was to say " will complete the work when the rain stops." Since they waited until mid-Oct to even look at starting the driveway, and the weather outlook for the rest of the month is rain, I dont' even see when they would start. Its been one hassle after another. When you can reach him, Mike the owner is the bullsh!t king. He has one bullsh!t reason after another about why the work isn't being done, can't be done, won't be done yet. His son, started the interior work and then 3 weeks later they sent in a new hire to finish off the interior work. And thank god they did...the new hire, Keith, went behind what t
