I recently took my edger to get repaired (the starter cord was pulled out by my neighbor on accident) i already had fixed this before i just didn't want to deal with it so i thought i would take it to saxtons however a whole week later they gave me an estimate which was more than two NEW edgers would cost so i just said forget it ill just do it myself. however when i went to get it they charged me $30 dollars which was fine i guess except they gave the edger back with literally every piece taken apart it was in over thirty pieces and on top of that half were missing when i told them the air filter and the plastic shield which cover the whole engine were gone a high school kid comes out and says there never was a filter or any of that so after ten minutes they finally go back and find it basically i got home and realized many more parts were missing. i have found many other more respectable small engine repair places in the area and i wouldn't trust this saxtons with repairing my three
