The prices are less than other apartments in the area, but they key to remember is that you get what you pay for. The staff is less than friendly, maitenence takes several days to respond to calls. There is no play area for the children. There is a pool which is only open during office hours of 9-5 Monday through Saturday, which sort of defeats the entire purpose since most tenants work these hours(and it isnt cleaned frequently, other than throwing in more chlorine tablets). They have a fitness center with outdated equipment, also has the same hours as the pool so dont plan on any evening workouts. The sidewalks through the grounds are narrow and winding so a stroller is very difficult to push. Not to mention the older children speeding through on bikes. It is also a pet friendly facility so be prepared to step in puppy surprises since the majority of the tenants dont bother to clean up after their pets or put them on a leash.
