i had a coupon situation the whole management was very rude on how they handeled the situation very unprofessinal. so i contacted the 1-800 customer service number and that was a waste of my time due to the face that they agreed with the management. but dont get me wrong there are alot of nice people that work there and are very courteous. they should really rethink their management .
