Review content:
Some of my worst experiences with any auto dealership is with Weber Chevrolet. Though they may be very busy it seems as though the number one thing the service department has in mind is how much a repair is goiing to cost the customer. Then some of the service reps seem to have an attitude that they are very busy and if you want a repair then you need to make an appointment and be at the dealership by or before 7 am you are to take your car in. I have the feeling that even when they say they are going to fix your car asap i also have a feeling that they really dont care how long it takes them to repair the car. Sometimes I get the feeling that they want to you to think your car is taking longer for it to be fixed than it really is.
PROS:
CONS: concerned about money way more than the customer
