The owner of this place comes across like a complete jerk and he's not above yelling at or berating his own employees while there are customers in the store. It makes you feel bad for anyone that has to work for him. His employees, on the other hand, are all incredibly nice and great to talk with. So if you're looking to deal with someone friendly, you're taking a chance if he's there and you have to interact with him..\r
However, he is honest. He'll give you a fair quote if you're looking to sell something and refer you to someone else if he thinks you can get a better price at a different shop.
