Review content:
I took my cat Misty here seeking a second opinion on her excessive water intake and lack of an appetite. I had previously taken her to my old veterinarian (who I won?t mention here) who examined her and said she was fine and probably just had a mild stomach bug. I was not happy with this explanation so I took her to Schwenksville Vet after I heard several good reviews about this facility from some fellow pet owners. I was very impressed with the hospital and Dr. Ross was very knowledgeable. After explaining the many possible causes for Misty?s symptoms he recommended some tests to help get to the bottom of things. Misty was ultimately diagnosed with failing kidneys and I had to put her to sleep, however I am still very grateful to Dr. Ross and the caring staff at Schwenksville Vet. If I had listened to my old vet I would have watched as Misty needlessly suffered with failing kidneys.
