When our central air conditioning unit broke down during a heatwave, we began calling different service technicians listed in the telephone book. We left a number of messages at various places, but the only one to call us back was A 1 Service Masters. After apologizing for calling late on a Sunday evening, an appointment was made for them to visit our home soon thereafter. Unfortunately our unit was old, and replacements parts were unavailable, and since it was an extra large unit, it was not in stock and took almost a week to get installed. The A 1 employees apologized profusely about not being able to get it sooner and told me that while I was waiting, if I could get another company to come and do it sooner, they would understand. We waited for A 1 to come back and install the unit and they did so quickly, without much mess and were pleasant during all of our dealings.
PROS: Pleasant , quality service.
CONS: None.
