Review content:
Exactly what was written by the previous customer is the same thing that happen to me. I phoned to say I couldn't make my payment in advance and no other type of arrangements were offered and I had been a customers for many of years. I spoke to the legal department got no assistant, got sued, no show in court, and they won. The one thing that was different is that they came back and garnished my wages exactly one year later for what they called the balance, because my employer didn't release the entire amount owed. That was them putting a larger screw job to me, by charging additional fee, lawyer fee, the invisible guy that serves you, and etc. Their legal department is a piece of work and I got 2 garnishment on my credit report for the same debt!
