Their facility is like going to a cheap saloon for your hair to be done. Kids are lined and crunched up in one room. A dental assistant are the ones making the cleaning. I don't know if their apparatus are being sterilized. Dental assistants got the BIG ATTITUDE. They never make a child's first visit less traumatizing as possible. One dental assistant just gave up on a child just because he doesn't want to open his mouth. How can she simply give-up? If they're trained to deal in an appropriate manner with kids of different age, how can she yell? How about coaxing a child in a positive manner as what pre-school teacher do? Were they trained well? I don't think so! Just to think of it, it's her first attempt! And they claimed that their office is kid-friendly. My, my, my! Does a Gothic style, Halloween, dark and dingy office, in any way kid-friendly to you? Since kids are crunch up in one place for cleaning , transfer of infections are extremely high and extremely a potential danger to c
