When I called this Vet to see about coming in for a consultation (I was looking for a new vet after mine moved) they were not friendly at all on the phone. The lady who answered said "well, you can come in and look around I guess but I can't promise that the doctor will be able to talk to you." So I went somewhere else. Then one of my friend's dogs was hit by a car and the person took the dog to this vet, they called my friend and left a message on her machine saying "your dog is here, you need to call us to make arrangements to pick it up, boy whoever hit this dog must've been flying 'cause she really got creamed." Luckily my friends 8 year old daughter didn't hear the message but I thought it was really cold.
