I have gone into this store several times and each and every time I go there I am sorry that I went. There are a MILLION people working behind the counter but you still wind up staying a long time before you are waited on. I did not know that you could not even pay your Nextel bill at this location. I am a Nextel customer and since the Sprint and Nextel networks merged I was assuming that I could get Nextel service at this store. I don't know what all those folks that work there are doing, but they are definitely NOT waiting on customers and the store is ALWAYS crowded. If at all you can avoid going to this location I would do so. Try doing your business on the internet or at another store. They have the address listed wrong also. It is SPRINT, PCS, The Shoppes at Penn Center, Monroeville, PA 15146. The phone number is listed correctly. They do have a machine where you can deposit your cell phone payments. Other than that machine it is pointless to go to this store.
