As a first time customer looking for a Body Shop, it can get a little difficult finding a good body shop that knows what they are doing and also one that you can trust. My friend recommened me to Da-Les and talk to Manny but prior to deciding where to bring my car to be repaired, I went to 2 other shops for estimates. By far, Da-Les was more organized and you get treated with more respect. I don't remember when was the last time I met someone like Manny, a true professional who treats his customers like his friend. Trust me, I know when someone is just putting on their salesman's mask to gain a business. Not only is Manny curteous before and during the repair, he also acted in the same manner after the service was done when I had to bring my car in for a minor detailing. Unlike many other shop owners who would put the blame on you, Manny just went ahead and ensured that he had a happy and satisfied customer.
