Lucibello's is OUTSTANDING. The individual who left a poor review must be leaving it for personal reasons other than the truth of how wonderful Lucibello's pastries are...I have been a customer of this establishment for years. Had my wedding favors, cookies and cake from Lucibello's 26 years ago - and they're still as fabulous as they ever were. EVERYTHING is made fresh - it's impossible that one would say their items are stale, etc. 99.9% of the people in the greater New Haven area know this bakery and how it has earned its outstanding reputation. I don't know a soul who has anything to do with the bakery but when I just logged on to order a cake and saw the bad review...well, I just knew it was totally unfair and unjustified. I don't like to see hard working businesses with a great reputation, great bakery items, great cleanliness and pride have their reputation besmirched by some inconsiderate, classless individual who hasn't got a clue.
