Sure, they probably have your part or can order it, but be prepared to face the arrogant attitude of the owner. Don't bother stepping in the door unless you know everything about the appliance or part you're shopping for or you'll be sent home empty-handed to do more research. If you're expecting the friendly advice of ACE Hardware, this isn't the place. Expect to wait in line. You're better off doing your research & buying the part online than to suffer needlessly through the verbal onslaught that is Home Appliance Parts of Akron, OH.
