We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. I had a slow leak in my left front tire. As son as I stepped in the door someone asked me how they could help me. The Customer service rep said it would take about 30 minutes but they would see if they could squeeze it in faster. 10 minutes later I was driving away with my repaired tire. All free due to the road warranty I bought when I bought the tires. That's 10minutes from when I walked in the door. No problems with having to find all my paperwork, they looked it up. This is not the first time I've had great service at a Discount Tire Store, all the DT stores I've been to have great service. It must be a corporate policy to hire the right people.
