Review content:
Outragous! That is the only word for banfield. Oh unless you talk about there customer servious and that is Horrendous! I have used banfield at other locations for approx. 7 years and loved it. The one in Conyers however has made it where I will never use another Banfield. I had to take my dog in because she was lethargic. Banfield takes her blood, charges me 3 times the amount another Vet would have to do the same thing, and tells me there is nothing wrong with my dog. Of course there was something wrong with my dog I took her to another more professional vet and they determined that she had a cyst on her liver. They were able to treat it and make her better again. They kept my dog for over a week and my bill was nowhere near what banfields was just to take blood. So if you want to use Banfield (and pay them monthly) for routine check ups, go ahead. Just know that if there is every anything seriously wrong with your dog or cat they will not have the equipment or knowledge to treat you
