I would not recommend Poletski's nor ever return to Poletski's myself. They have made multiple mistakes with one special order of two items so that something I was promised I would have in a week did not come until two weeks later and the other item still has not come after three weeks. They planned on overcharging me before I pointed out their error, didn't want to give me a sale price on items that were sold to me less than one week before the sale, have not gotten back to me when they said that they would, and have left me completely unsatisfied. In speaking with friends and neighbors about my experience, they have echoed my complaints every time. I always prefer to keep my business local, but they do not deserve my business. Dealing with them has been a fiasco from beginning to end. I would give them zero stars if it were an option.
