Review content:
These people lost a great deal of my pet's information that I mailed to them including a check. After three phone calls they decided to do a quick over the phone consultation. They called me back and said that my little girl was "TOO" sick to help even with holistic approaches. They GAVE UP and REFUSED to help WITH OUT seeing her! She had a stubborn URI with a 2ndary infection for God's shake. I am beginning to think that some of these alternative vets are phonies.\r

1. Never confirmed appointments\r
2. Claim to help all animals despite cases or conditions\r
3. Did not return phone calls for days\r
4. One person that did call back was snotty\r
5. Tried to pass the blame on to another area of the complex\r
6. Would not so much as even apologize\r
7. Later said that my pet was "to sick" to help? WTF!!!!
