Review content:
I paid $32 for a wash and detail. The next day I was doubled billed on my online bank statement. After three calls to Supersuds and two calls to the bank, SuperSuds refused to acknowledge the problem and told me it was 'impossible' that they made an error. I now have to go through a dispute process with the bank. Supersuds lost a customer over a petty $32 charge. The detailing, by the way, was substandard. Wash was fine.
