If you want to empty your wallet, this is the vet for you! They do not explain how to take care of your pet, just want your money. They take your pet to another room to draw blood etc. I could hear my pet yelling like he was being hurt. They sell you medicine but do not tell you the correct way to administer it. Half of their staff are teenagers. The woman at the front desk D is rude and and has a smart mouth. When I asked for my dogs records to be transferred they told the new vets office staff my dog was taking a insulin made for CATS not dogs. It cost $100.00. I guess they thought they would screw me one last time. My new vet appeared shocked that Shelbyville Road vet would order cat medicine for a dog. I could go on but I think you get it. STAY AWAY from this money grabbing office!!!
