Over charged, rude staff...also would not transfer my dogs records even after speaking with "D" several times. Convinced me to get care credit because the charges were so much, but they promised me 12 months no interest....according to the company they never did this. Once again multiple conversations with "D" lead to no help. Multiple issues after my dogs surgery, disguising sutures with human hair sewn in. Definitely over prescribes. Very, very sad that my dog was put through seeing this clinic. I had just moved here and it was down the street and we had a semi emergent issue. DO NOT go here. If he is out of the office he has some lady vet replace him that doesn't have a clue.....My dog is my baby, not a $. They sent my dog home after her surgery, completely groggy, could barely walk, and did not help me load her in the car (shes 100# and I am clearly a small girl). They do not care!!!!
