A few months ago, I took my car to KM Auto Repair for them to diagnose and fix a problem. After I dropped my car off, I did not hear back from them for days. I called them to ask what was going on and they said that they had been busy and would get around to looking at my car later that day. They said that they would give me a call as soon as they had a chance to look at it. I didn't hear back from them that day or the next day. Finally, I just went and picked up my still broken and still not looked at car. I went to a chain car repair store and they had it fixed within two hours. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
