Review content:
I met Barry in my neighbor's yard and arranged for his crew to aerate my lawn. He would call me the next week when they were starting the aerations in order to schedule a time. Weeks passed, with a couple of e-mails between me and his wife (office manager), who assured me he would be calling me. Barry finally called one Saturday morning to arrange to do the work that afternoon, and since I was going to be out of town we set a price and I left the check in my mailbox as agreed.\r
\r
Obviously, I came home to find the work undone. Remember, this is after weeks of getting the run-around and, "I'll be doing those next week..." Barry never called to reschedule, apologize, explain, or anything. I will be posting this around.
